Welcome to The Best Pizza Shop... except it isn't actually a pizza shop.
I'm Jesse Wisinski, a pizza obsessive from Beaver County, Pennsylvania, documenting my journey to build the best East Coast-style pizza experience possible from my home kitchen. Every dough recipe, ingredient test, equipment review, and pizza experiment is shared openly so others can learn alongside me.
My pizzas are built using long-fermented dough, premium ingredients, traditional techniques, and an unhealthy amount of attention to detail. Along the way, I share recipes, tutorials, behind-the-scenes videos, product reviews, and occasionally use pizza as a way to give back to members of the community who could use a little help.
